My experience with this company was absolutely terrible. They not only charged my credit card without permission, but they also transferred my domain name to someone else without asking me first. I filed a formal complaint, but they didn’t deliver on their promises and left me hanging. To top it off, I discovered a private Reddit group with 85 others who’ve faced the same issues with this company. This is just not right, and I strongly recommend that folks stay away from their shady dealings. I've reported everything to PayPal, and they’re currently investigating the situation. I've lost thousands of dollars because of them.

Don't waste your time, it's a total scam. I've been charged double on several occasions when I tried to pay an invoice or add funds to my account. They won't refund anything. The first time I got hit with a double charge, it was only $30, so I let it slide, thinking it was just an extra year of service. Even though it was double what I meant to pay, I figured it was okay. But then, just recently, when I tried to add $50 to my account credit, I ended up being charged five times for that amount instead of just once. Sure, mistakes happen, right? I get that, but I spent three weeks trying to get them to refund the extra $200 that their system took from me. Not only did they refuse to give me my money back, but they also kept sending me generic responses that didn’t even address my issue, and then they’d just ignore me for a week. When they finally did respond, it was just to say, 'please hold while we look into this.' I mean, what was there to look into? I got charged five times more than I wanted, and there’s a clear paper trail in their invoices. Seriously, steer clear of these crooks.

Oh, and before all this, they even tried to bribe me with a $5 credit to leave a good review here. So yeah, they’re out here buying positive feedback to cover up their shady and thieving practices. Good riddance.
